Thank you, boys, thank you.

We don't read and write poetry because it's cute. We read and write poetry because we are members of the human race. And the human race is filled with passion. And medicine, law, business, engineering, these are noble pursuits and necessary to sustain life. But poetry, beauty, romance, love, these are what we stay alive for. To quote from Whitman, "O me! O life!... of the questions of these recurring; of the endless trains of the faithless... of cities filled with the foolish; what good amid these, O me, O life?" Answer. That you are here - that life exists, and identity; that the powerful play goes on and you may contribute a verse. That the powerful play *goes on* and you may contribute a verse. What will your verse be?

No matter what anybody tells you, words and ideas can change the world

Oh Captain, my Captain!

- Carpe - ouve? -
Carpe, carpe diem, aproveitem o dia garotos. Façam suas vidas serem extraordinárias.

'He was their inspiration. He made their lives extraordinary'

Can we fast-forward to go down on me?

Stop there and let me correct it
I wanna live a life from a new perspective
You come along because I love your face
and I'll admire your expensive taste
And who cares divine intervention
I wanna be praised from a new perspective
But leaving now would be a good idea
So catch me up on getting out of here

Taking everything for granted but we still respect the time
We move along with some new passion
knowing everything is fine

It's not fair, just let me perfect it
Don't wanna live a life that was comprehensive
'cause seeing clear would be a bad idea

The rest is silence

O, I die, Horatio;
The potent poison quite o’er-crows my spirit:
I cannot live to hear the news from England;
But I do prophesy the election lights
On Fortinbras: he has my dying voice;
So tell him, with the occurrents, more and less,
Which have solicited. The rest is silence.

Act I, sc. iii

This above all: to thine own self be true,
And it must follow, as the night the day,
Thou canst not then be false to any man.

Save your breath

.
I don't want to be the girl who has to fill the silence.

Me diz o que é o sufoco

Me diz o que é o sufoco
que eu te mostro alguém afim de te acompanhar

Boa noite

Bolhas, bolhas - minhas bolhas.

I am not complete.

Kim: Hold me.
Edward: I can't.

Snuggle in, sweetie. It's cold out there.

Realejo

Será que a sorte virá num realejo?
trazendo o pão da manhã a faca e o queijo
ou talvez um beijo teu.
que me empreste a alegria, que me faça juntar
todo resto do dia, meu café, meu jantar, meu mundo inteiro
que é tão fácil de enxergar, e chegar.

enquanto for... um berço meu
enquanto for... um terço meu
serás vida... bem vinda
em mim

don’t forget to breathe, don’t forget who you are.

I want to go up to them and say Stop,
don't do it--she's the wrong woman,
he's the wrong man, you are going to do things
you cannot imagine you would ever do,
you are going to do bad things to children,
you are going to suffer in ways you never heard of,
you are going to want to die. I want to go
up to them there in the late May sunlight and say it,
but I don't do it. I want to live.
Do what you are going to do, and I will tell about it.

Tell me how it feels to be

.
Yeah there's a hole in my soul
But one thing I've learned
For every love letter written
There's another burned
(So you tell me how it's gonna be this time)
